Welcome to our Umami specialities
In our Hameln based family business, we produce a diverse selection of yeast products, fruity vegetable spreads and egg-free mayonnaises in organic quality. The taste of our Vitam-R yeast extract, which we have been producing according to the same recipe since 1925, is simply umami. With this protein-rich cornerstone of our range, we give our yeast-bouillons an aromatic flavor that is a little reminiscent of meat broth and let the vegan pâté-alternatives taste amazingly authentic. The range is rounded off by aromatic yeast flakes, vegan condiments and baking ingredients. We are lookong forward to meeting you in Paris.
